Portland Traction Company public transportation ticket (weekly pass) for Portland City System Street Cars, Electric Coaches and/or Motor Coaches. Portland, Oregon. Back sides contain public service announcements. Union Printed. I'm not entirely sure how to read the bug, but within the logo it reads "Allied Printing" and "Union Label" and Trades Printing". Each ticket reads "Form" and a different number under the union bug, which I assume relates the the print form? See detail.
